Shorenstein immediately began employing plans for significant building renovations, including enhancements to street-level interior lobbies and exterior walkway and breezeway areas, a rebranded identity campaign, new exterior building signage, and various rooftop upgrades. Additionally, an exciting array of new retail and dining options along the 900 feet of retail frontage is planned, truly making the facility the “Center Of It All”.
